Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, you may do so until Friday, September 16, 2022. A non-refundable $200 cancellation fee will be charged. No-shows and cancellations after Friday, September 16, 2022 will be charged the full conference rate. No refunds are available after this date. Attendees who register prior to or after the deadline date who do not cancel in writing by the deadline date are liable for the pass cost and will be charged for the full registration fee. If you are unable to attend the conference, we strongly recommend that you send a substitution in your place. Changes to registrations must be presented in written form. If, for any reason, Service Management World is forced to cancel the in-person 2022 event, all passes will automatically be transferred to Service Management World 2023. Additionally, all passes will automatically be transferred to receive complimentary virtual event passes for the 2022 event. See terms and conditions.
Age Restrictions & Program Changes:
HDI reserves the right to make changes in the programs and speakers, or to cancel sessions if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. All sessions are filled on a first-seated basis. Arrive early to ensure a seat! Recording devices and cameras, still or video, are prohibited. Due to safety concerns, no one under the age of 18 (including infants in strollers) will be permitted on the show floor at any time during Service Management World. Service Management World is a trade-only event. You must be a qualified buyer of service management technology, applications, or products to visit the expo hall.
