You've Registered, Now What?

We’re so excited to have you join us soon. Get ahead of the game, save some time, and get the most out of the event in a few simple steps. The Service Management World app makes it easy to access event content and connect with the right people before the event begins! Are you ready to join in the fun? Then let us show you how to make the most of your experience.


1. How to log in to the virtual event with an account:

Access your Service Management World profile by entering the email you used to register for Service Management World and the password you created for the event platform. Then, click on the green arrow to connect.


If you’ve forgotten your password after entering your email, click on “Send me a magic link” to receive an email to reset your password.

2. Build your schedule:

Follow these steps...

  1. Log into the event.
  2. Click on "Agenda."
  3. As you find sessions you want to attend, click the calendar icon next to sessions to add them to your schedule.
  4. View your personalized schedule under the "My Event" tab.

The system defaults to your home time zone.

We're using a company called Swapcard for our conference app this year. You should have received an email inviting you to log in and set your password from [email protected]. You can also do the "Forgot Password" option (please use the email address you used during registration) to get your login set up.
