Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing. If you need to cancel your Service Management World registration, you may do so for a full refund, less $200 service charge until August 11, 2023. Cancellations received between August 12–September 22, 2023 will be refunded 50% of the cost of your pass and $200 service charge. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations after September 22, 2023 or for no-shows. If you are unable to attend the event, we recommend that you send a substitution in your place. Please email your cancellation or substitution request to [email protected]. There is no cancellation fee for Expo Hall passes.


Age Restriction & Program Changes:

HDI reserves the right to make changes in the programs and speakers, or to cancel sessions if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. All sessions are filled on a first-seated basis. Arrive early to ensure a seat! Recording devices and cameras, still or video, are prohibited. Due to safety concerns, no one under the age of 18 (including infants in strollers) will be permitted on the show floor at any time during Service Management World. Service Management World is a trade-only event. You must be a qualified buyer of service management technology, applications, or products to visit the expo hall.
