Q: When will I receive the gift card?
A: Gift cards are delivered within 7 days after the event ends. We want to give everyone lots of time to refer colleagues and friends, and have those colleagues and friends have time to register themselves.

Q: How will we receive the gift card? Mail? Email?
A: The gifts are emailed directly to you from a service called “Giftbit.” Be sure to whitelist: [email protected]

Q: What email address will the gift card be from?

Q: Where do I find the link to the referral tool?
A: Log into our registration site. It will be part of your registration details.

Q: What if I register, then my colleague registers without using the referral link? Can I still get a gift card?
A: Please contact us at [email protected] so we can help you troubleshoot.

Q: Who should I contact if I have questions about the referral?
A: Please contact us at [email protected] so we can help.

Q: If I share my referral link with my whole team, will I get a gift card for everyone that signs up?
A: We will give gifts to the person who referred, as well as the first person who signed up only. Groups do not qualify. If you are interested in special offers for groups to come to the conference, please visit our group discounts page for details.

Q: Is there a way to re-send the referral link?
A: The best way to access the referral tool is to log into the registration site. It will be part of your registration details.

Q: Can I send the link to more than one person?
A: You can! Not everyone you send it to will register, so feel free to send it to as many as you’d like.
