Light Up the Night Conference Party

Tuesday, November 14 | 7:00pm – 9:30pm

Get ready to immerse yourself in a dazzling spectacle of lights, music, and enlightened connections. As the sun sets, our venue will transform into a vibrant wonderland, with glowing decorations, neon accents, and a pulsating LED dance floor. Dress in your most vibrant attire to match the luminescent atmosphere. We’ll provide glow sticks and LED accessories so you can illuminate the night along with our LED-lit entertainers. Indulge in delicious food and refreshing drinks and best of all, enjoy networking and having fun with your HDI community.

The Expo Hall is an expansive area with a wide variety of solutions providers. It can be difficult to really dig in and engage with those who can help us succeed. That’s why we’ve set aside a special area where you can meet peers who share your challenges and watch customized product demos from top solution providers.

Networking Breakfasts & Lunches

Wednesday, November 15 | 7:30am – 8:30am, 12:30pm – 1:30pm

Included in the cost of your conference pass are breakfast and lunch each day of the event. Not only is this a great chance to take a break between sessions, but it's also an opportunity to continue networking with peers! Grab a plate, grab a seat, and enjoy casual conversation with your tablemates.

Passport to Prizes

Wednesday, November 15 | 3:30pm – 3:45pm

Head to the HDI booth to pick up your Passport to Prizes game card. Collect stamps while visiting exhibitors in the Expo Hall. Turn in your completed passport back at the HDI booth, and be entered to win big prizes at the drawing on Wednesday, November 15 at 3:30pm at the Solutions Spotlight Stage! All entries must be submitted by Wednesday, November 15 at 2:45pm.
