You don't need to travel very far down the road of DevOps before you realize that defining the "decoupling point" between your Business Application teams and your Platform team(s) is not necessarily an easy matter. How do you go about creating a DevOps team that also cares about and takes responsibility for operations, architecture, and deployment? In this session, you'll learn how to combine DevOps and SIAM practices to get a setup that works for application environments where all or part of the software, platform, or infrastructure is sourced from one or multiple vendors.
