Understanding, focusing on, and improving value ultimately is the most important thing any service organization can do. In other words, service optimization is value optimization. This presentation introduces the back-to-basics model and provides guidance on how to maximize your organization's value, focusing on the importance of a Value Vision, the key aspects of alignment, the power of leverage, the facets of uniqueness, and how to unleash value through effective execution.
