Jane Leahy has over 20 years’ experience in IT service and support leadership, ITSM framework strategy and process execution, and technology implementation/administration. Her passion is connecting people with service management strategy, process, and technology that excel in business outcomes, as well as organizational change best practice. Jane is a Senior Solution Engineer at Cherwell Software and is certified in ITIL Foundations V3, HDI Support Center Manager, and KCS Principles. She is also president emeritus of HDI Nebraska.
