Welcome to the Service Management World Media Registration Center. Here you will find helpful information to guide you through the press registration process.
REQUIRED CREDENTIALS FOR A MEDIA PASS
- To qualify for a complimentary media pass, applicants must cover the IT support and service management industry on a regular basis and present bylined articles or reports published within the past three months.
- Publishers, sales, marketing/PR professionals and other non-media titles will not be accepted.
PRINT JOURNALISTS
- Reporters from trade/business publications, newspapers and wire services must provide bylined articles published within the past three months.
- Outlets must contain original news content beyond links, forums and reader contributions.
FREELANCE JOURNALISTS
- A letter from a publisher, editor or producer (on their letterhead) stating that you are covering Service Management World on assignment.
- A bylined IT service and support industry-related article from your publication (above) written by you and published within the past three months (the copy must clearly show the name of the publication and your byline).
ONLINE MEDIA
- Bloggers must cover the IT service and support industry on a regular basis and have covered the market within three months of requesting a media badge.
- Blogs must contain original, dated, industry-related news content above and beyond links, forums, and reader contributions.
- Social media pages (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) will not be considered as eligible online media.
BROADCAST JOURNALISTS & PHOTOGRAPHERS
- A letter from a publisher, editor or producer (on their letterhead) stating that you are covering Service Management World on assignment.
INDUSTRY ANALYST
- A recent report or bulletin on the IT service and support industry with your byline written within the past three months.
